Traditional sparkling wine fermented and matured in bottle, with scents of grapefruit and citrus. It sparks elegantly with the sophisticated tastes of ripe white fruit and bread-like notes at the end of the sip. Draff is removed in small batches. Dosage 7.3 g/l. Furmint, Chardonnay, Rhine Riesling, Pinot Blanc. 

This sparkling wine is delicious with fish, oysters, seafood, Japanese cuisine, poultry, mascarpone - panna cotta, all kinds of dishes are worth trying.
