It was produced by crossing blue tongue and Buda green varieties by Ferenc Király in 1957. The wine is well-ripening, full-bodied, with a hard acid character similar to that of the kéknyelű, but more aromatic.

This wine is delicious with: Green salad, soup, light meal.
