Behind its apricot, almond leading notes, minerality dominates. On the palate, there's a burst of minerality, with marmalade, Turkish honey and stone fruit playing the lead roles. Tight palate with a long salty finish. Young aszú with great potential. Don't just experiment with traditional foie gras dishes. 

This wine is delicious with: with roast goose, chestnut-stuffed pheasant or duck with orange.
